Sweat a shit ton while building PC
holy shit, how fat are you
Why are you sweating when building computers?
Do it at night
Lose weight
>fat
>frog poster

See a doctor.
I'm like 300 pounds and I rarely sweat. I think OP has other issues.
*ahem*
Thank you for pinning this based mods
Electric shock is more of a worry
>drips on the motherboard
>twice
did that actually happen to you? did it work?
wiped it dry before plugging it in and it was fine
with what? microfiber cloth?
paper towel
My hands have always been shaky because poor motor control..
This about sums up building in 40 degree C heat.
>Yo
>Palms are sweaty, fingers weak, high end graphics card in hand, arms are heavy
>There's a mess in the case already, cabling spaghetti
>Nervous but on the surface trying to stay calm and ready
>Drop CPU almost bent pins, forget it
>Chokin', how, voices in head are laughin' now
>The overclocks bum out, times up, over, blaow!
>Snap back to reality, oh there goes the motherboard
>Oh, there goes the PSU, it choked
>I'm so mad, but won't give up that easy, No
>I won't have it, I see the components smoke
>It don't matter, it can be RMA'd, I knows that, but I'm broke
>Postage is so stacked that I knows, when new parts are sent back to his basement home, that's when its
>Back to the build again yo, this whole rhapsody
>I better get it built this moment and hope it passes post
>I Better not lose screws for the VRM heatsink, (the motherboard)
>I'm holding it, magnetic screw-driver better never let it go
>Only get one shot, do not miss the mounting hole
>This opportunity comes once in a few years you better fit
Respect niggers
*loud clapping*
There is a video on youtube of that Tech guy I think his name is Linus, he pulls a tube out of a water cooling system and it soaks the whole motherboard including the CPU socket. It wasn't powered. He then dried it off with a hair dryer, turned it on and it worked fine.
>ram won't seat properly
Every time I see a fingerprint mark or any stain at all on my new PC part I have this urge to clean it. I can't even see a speck of dust without wanting to brush it off. Is this autism?
just dont touch it
I need to put them together, and even after that I still have to touch the power button, the mouse and the keyboard.
Oh thought it was built. Yea It'd annoy me but the way my mouse is now I don't really bother any more. Had it since 2011 and it's pretty run down but still works just as well as the day I bought it (except the squeaky mouse wheel).
>that first time you assembled a PC and you’re ready to power it on
>power button does nothing, hear a faint “pop”
>triple check connections
>power button still does nothing
>experiment with header pins
>lost the motherboard manual
>maybe the triangle means “positive”
>header is correct
>still no power
>notice that I didn’t put the risers under the motherboard
>thought they were decorative or something
>explains why I had to nearly break the video card because it wouldn’t fully insert into the slot
>disassemble, install risers, reassemble
>power on
>works
Made that mistake when I was 13 but fried the board. Good thing I cheaped out on the board and only splurged on the 8800gt.
Now that I remember it, I skimped on everything to afford that 8800gt. Helps that ram was dirt cheap back then.
Straight up shit.
>Motherboard with risers
wat
jesus christ, kill yourself, you retarded brainlet
>I'm like 300 pounds and I rarely sweat
sure you don't, everyone sweats daily. fat people more so, we can smell your nasty sweat miles away, do us all a favor and lose weight
>hear something snap while building PC
>no idea where it came from
It's called hyperidrosis
I had the same issue, user. I wasn't even able to take my Ryzen2400G from the plastic thing it stays in because it was too heavy for me and would slip from the sweat. I had a towel next to me while building the PC at all times to dry my hand.
>putting cpu cooler on
>requires tons of force
>motherboard bending
>CRUNNCCHHH
>works fine
Because the liquid in watercooling system is not water from what I know.
>I'm like 300 pounds
start OMAD today and you won't be disgusting in just one year
>doesn't Use magnetic levitation to assemble is PC
Is this how brainlet do?
wear gloves retard
he means the risers to install in the case, so theyre betweenthe motherboard and the case.
jesus, are you 12?
underrated post of the whole board rn.
>>This opportunity comes once in a few years you better fit
>Get a proper table with proper working space
>Sit down for most of the build
The problem is a lot of people (including me) put their shit on the floor and then lean over it while building it. Tell me you don't do this. Be honest now.
>assemble pc
>press power
>power LED lights up
>fans spin up
>hdd starts making noises
>no video
>no beeps
>Not booting with just a keyboard and monitor attached to test the BIOS is working.
Pleb tier builder
>not minimizing heat/liquid/electrostatic infetterence before assembly
I do this too op and im not even that fat anymore. Hell, my weight begins with a 2 now so I'm basically just overweight. Solution is to wear a nice hat. You don't realize it but the extra light you need to see PC components compared to my regular dim room is a LOT and it's VERY hot. I use a trillby (NOT a FEDORA) and it works nice and also adds the class hehe
just j-j-jam it in
>Overweight
You're still probably obese
Put down the fork, porky
nigga u fine, I spilled coke on my pc 2months ago while it was running. it is still running, no problems
>Made that mistake when I was 13 but fried the board.
HOLY SHIT YOU'RE LITERALLY FUCKING ME JESUS CHRIST
wtf why is this pinned
fuck you mods we are not all fat and/or sweaty
>cpu heat sink requires hydraulic press to screw into backplate
>you won't be disgusting in just one year
Yeah, cause he'll be dead.
