windows server uses less than a gig and after 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 are literally the same OS as 8, 8.1 and 10. I gamed on 2012 R2 and 2016 basically out of the box. No bloat except Cortana in 2016. Protip: gpedit.msc

Check win + r > msconfig > startup tab > uncheck bloat.
Open task manager > startup tab > disable bloat.
Open start menu remove bloat right click tiles (& settings > suggested apps off)
