Should I get wireless gaming-headset or just normal wireless headphones?

But I read you don't get surround-sound with normal wireless headphones if, if I look at Sennheiser RS 175 which is for TV use

Even gamers should just buy wireless headphones because they have better mics than gaming headsets. I would just use rtings and go by their raw frequency response because they have more data on wireless than anyone.
Also IMO the beat wireless solution is a good iem with a mmcx to Bluetooth adapter.

Are they any good? Not as a disillusioned Zeos fanboy expecting a literal 660s for a third of the price, but with a more reasonable outlook. I've heard from other people that the 6xx might be a small amount better in technical terms, but I've also seen a lot of people say they enjoy the 58x more overall because of its sound signature, as well as its small perks like being cheaper and easier to drive.

I'm upgrading from some old HD 428's with onboard audio so either one will most likely be a noticeable upgrade. I plan on staying with onboard for now but I guess I could be convinced to get a cheap amp if necessary. I'm also interested in the felt mod for the 58x that I've heard improves them in some areas. What are your thoughts anons?

Any cheap amp will run HD6XX/600 but they aren't going to get very load out of onboard. I'd just get HD58X unless your onboard sounds like ass.
