I miss this baby so much.
I miss this baby so much
Nobody said you had to leave it.
I too miss having to press the same button 4 times to type 1etter
>when all the other kids were gushing about the razor but you'd already discovered the full QWERTY life with the scoop
>I miss this baby so much.
I miss this baby so much. i owned 3. id still use it ironically if the the fucking network still supported GSM 2G
>your late teens flash before your fucking eyes
>you are sitting on a bench next to the soccer field, sipping box wine and smoking Marlboro, surrounded by laughing people together listening to pirated mp3's of latest disco hits from your Athlon64FX rig, you've been downloading entire last night
oh my fuck...
When you got good at t9 it was faster than anything you can do on a touchscreen now
my first phone was a motorola v180
it was a simpler time then
>TFW AT&T has already ended their 2G coverage
>TFW there's only one year left until Verizon sunsets 2G and 3G coverage
>TFW T-Mobile will be sunsetting their 2G and 3G coverage shortly after Verizon does
>TFW in a little over a year, all these old phones will become worthless and only phones that support 4G with VoLTE will be usable in the US
>TFW the only phones with keyboards that will be usable for making calls in a little over a year will be BlackBerries and there will be no usable phones with landscape keyboards
I know things have to end eventually, but it still hurts.
hurts so much
I have one still just needs a battery but I don't like older phones or newer notch shit my oppo R11 is just rite
Don't you get the Nokia 3310 4G in Burgerland?
That is one of the few options if you want something with 4G in the form factor of an old dumbphone. The only problems are that it doesn't support the main bands carriers use in the US and it isn't really a dumpphone but rather a smartphone that runs a different OS (KaiOS) complete with an app store, support for wifi, over the air updates, and Google Assistant integration. Sadly, about half of the current 4G dumbphones run KaiOS currently and aren't actually dumbphones.
that's a load of horseshit
t9 is way slower than swiftkey or fleksy
my first phone back in 1998. it was the iphone of early mobile phones.
>"oh my god, so many ringtones!"
Razor was the coolest looking shit at the time
Those were the days, huh?
Nokia C3!
Anyone with me?
>tfw you'll never send or receive grainy nudes from terrible cameras ever again
At least I don't have to wait until after 9p or the weekends for unlimited minutes anymore
It was the snap when you closed it that did it for me. God it was so satisfying.
I always liked sliders more, you could do most of the tasks without the keyboard, I'm not some kind of instant messaging addict, Transition to no-keyboard smartphones was natural to me.
Nope
The keyboard is shit, plastic plates break after like a year of usage
Nokia 2700 4evar
Remember installing elfpack on this baby and playing doom, those to buttons came in handy.
*top buttons
My nigga, I myself still have my W580i in working condition.
Get with the times old fags
I could type a 500 word eassay on a touchscreen before you even get to question mark on a t9
I want to hold you.
Imagine using T9.
What was your first cellphone?
is that KaiOS
comfy
source: galaxy folder 2
No. I'm glad others have caught wind to how they're trying to push that on us. Saying it's Kai OS just furthers the notion that it's all they want us to have because that's all we see. I bought it in store cash, ZTE Z233VL. Enjoy.
The black razor, lost it within a week and I never got a new phone until the iphone came out
This bad boy.
Your hand? Get a girlfriend fag!
>>when all the other kids were gushing about the razor but you'd already discovered the full QWERTY life with the scoop
This thing was a beast.
the phone of the future for the technically adept is a dumbphone without a wifi wiretap. plebs will gobble down 5g like a big black cock.
