Create a seperate thread for each list item, each list item has a toUniqueInt() method which returns a unique int representing their order. Put each list element into a thread timed for toUniqurInt() time until it inserts into the sorted list. You now have a list sorted using threads, where not a single element must be compared to one another for sorting to occur.
