The only thing that will be impacted, is internet access at home, where more and more companies will opt to supply households with 5G instead of a physical connection and therefore speeding up availability for the internet in rural areas.
But those people won't have a viable data limit as well, so it will actually hinder progress. When the mobile connection is established, no one is going to bother to build landlines, which will leave rural areas in constant state of ever stronger connections, but always lower data rates.
