I used plug that look very similar to those, but are filter-compatible to the ones I have now (so I was able to simply reuse the old filters).

Custom made, fits my ears perfectly, with high-attenuation filters (~25dB drop).
Tinnitus is a bitch, and I used to be a bit stupid a few years back.
But electric guitar is fucking ace, and the earplugs keep me from fucking my hearing up much more.

I live in Tokyo by a train track, so I typically wear ear plugs when I sleep. I buy the exact same ones in OPs photo. I buy them in bags of about 200, I think.
