Ryzen users, post your memory benchmarks

ryzen users, post your memory benchmarks.

i'll start.

here's an old benchmark I took when I had my 6850k with quad channel 2400 for comparison.

Attached: 6850kmemory2.png (539x538, 128K)

here's one with my previous 1800x on gigabyte gaming 5 x370 with 3200mhz ram. which I long gotten rid of because it wasn't stable at all. at the time at least.

M8, I really appreciate you sharing this but this board has devolved into wojak/frog-posting and phoneposters arguing which phones gets them more megapixels and shit.

Wish I wasn't such a poorfag, I'd love to have anything that can replace my core2duo windows xp machine.

and here is my previous 8700k with Hynix 3000mhz kit.

here is my crosshair x370 I had with a 32gb samsung kit at 2666mhz.

interesting how you have higher latency compared to my 2700x and 2933mhz.

16-18-18-38-CR1
vs
14-14-14-34 CR1

would have though the extra ~267mhz would have at least made it lower than mine. as 16-18 isn't to bad for 3200.

that and your l1, l2, and l3 cache latency.

Cache latency has to do with CPU clockspeed, your 2700x at 4.25Ghz is faster than the 2700 at 3.7Ghz

I believe with Ryzen that increasing clock speed also increases cache performance.

The increased RAM speed does improve the read/write/copy performance of the RAM compared to yours, but the latency is a result of the timings.

Why?

Also my mobo and RAM are flaky as fuck so I don't wanna stress them.

oh, that makes sense.
to compare and see. intel users can participate too. also the memory benchmark really doesn't stress.

how do you like the b450 pro carbon? haven't touched an msi board in years because I remember their boards being garbage in vrm department.

I picked it up because it apparently has the best VRM out of all B450 boards.

MSI Windows software is crap and still the same as on their X79 boards, the previous ASUS X58 board I was using had a better control panel.

It also looks cool I guess, and it has a PS/2 port.

I just loaded a profile I found in my UEFI called "The Stilt's Fast 3200MHz profile" which says that it puts the timings at 14-13-13-28. Other software besides AIDA agrees that it is indeed at that speed. Why does AIDA hate it?

doesnt the 1950X support quad channel? Should easily manage 70,000MB/s+

Mobo is a shit so I had to put the memory into slots that it doesn't like.

...it's a $550 motherboard, return that garbage jesus.

Rather not be stuck without a PC for weeks on end for shitty "customer support" shipping speeds. Just waiting for Zen 2 and going to get a new mobo with that.

Doesn't asus do express RMAs? They put a hold on your CC for the purchase amount, and then they ship you a motherboard, you ship yours back and then they remove the CC hold. It doesn't ever actually get charged unless you don't return the broken board.

Eh, anime encoding doesn't care about memory speed and there's nothing else to do with a 1950X.

Garbage speeds compared to my 8700K and Ddr4 ram.

Everything in the past 4 years is DDR4.

Unless you have a high end Z motherboard with CL14 3200MHz or better RAM then not really senpai.

Also just curious: did you delid and heavily lap yours so you can use a normal cpu cooler or did you get a triple fan AIO in push pull fan config?

My mismatched CAS11 DDR3-1600 does pretty well.

>when the BIOS update hits and you get to 4ghz and not go over 1.4v

Attached: cachemem.png (539x518, 93K)

Get a job

Your latency seems terrible for 3300MHz CAS 14. Theoretical would be 42ms.

> muh trial verison

also:
> he doesn't have a 128MB L4 Cache

timings not tight enough

here is a key for trial version

Thanks, based user!

Also, why did my RAM speeds change?

Attached: wew.png (1078x1114, 49K)

This program is fucking weird. It reports timings that are completely different to what's reported in the UEFI and all other monitoring software. Why are we using it?

I think its reporting the timings that are default with the memory

damn, that L1 is slow m8

it reported 1.0ns the first time I ran it

here's mine, is it good?

Attached: memorynshit.png (663x638, 150K)

> is it good?
Only if you're GPU is a Vega64

Those are the tightest timings here.

uh? closed some stuff, ran it again. it's getting faster.

No, mine are accurate for my OC.
