If you want that VR meme, you might want to buy a GPU with a Type-C USB port, but it's not that big of a deal.

2080 is 10% faster on average but certain titles scale better with 1080ti's higher stream processor count.
Depends on how big the discount is
Chances are, Intel processors will probably not resell very well. It's only going to get worse from now, too.
>desktop is dying
>ryzen 3000 nowhere to be found
t-thanks amd
I'm the potato head from the last thread who took two hours just to put a motherboard in a case.
Finally finished me first pc build. Booted up no problems first time too.
I'm happy with it.
The rear
looks breddy good, enjoy your new PC bruh
Any "official" Zen2 leaks yet?

>Gotcha, is it trash?
The Ventus XS, I'm not sure. The 1660Ti is garbage and has milled heatsink. I'm not sure about the 2060, but I know some 2060s also only have milled heatsinks. You shouldn't have a milled heatsink on a 90w+ card.
If you have to build today though, yes a 2600X+Vega56 would be cheaper and much better on the CPU end of things.
Like the other anons said, you may be better off waiting for the new 500 series AM4 boards at least. Though... I have my own doubts that Navi is going to be better price:performance than a $260 Vega 56.
Official leaks are that there will be a 12 core.
That IPC seems to be increased about 8-12% on average.
Hardware mitigations against the Specter variations that affected Zen and some "future undisclosed vulnerability".
Looks like the X570 chipset will be able to support 3x m.2 with full NVMe speeds on each, as opposed to 1x on the current x470.
Though it does appear that some x370 and x470 boards will be able to update BIOS for full NVMe speeds on x2 m.2 *IF* they support bifurcation on their m.2 slots currently (unlikely).
Other than that, no word on clock speeds. Engineering samples have been low clocked. The 1800X had 1000MHz higher clock speeds than the Zen engineering sample, for example.
Also no word on total memory latency, except that some Chinese person on forum claimed 50ns was achievable.
What GPU is that? Used 1070Ti? I don't remember seeing that heatsink design lately on newer models.
I like the build. It's not 90% empty case as you actually went for a reasonably sized case.
