It's my dad PC so it probably had something to do with his work environment still uses 95 and i really love the sound it made when it started up. But generally speaking my country was lagging behind as hell in every aspect before some investor introduce us to the wonder of broadband connection around 2007, ever since then we've been catching up with the rest of the world.
