It doesn't really matter; even if all the outside investor peasants group up, they can't force him out. They have some shenanigans going on where there are two tiers of shareholder, and the "B class" get 10 votes per share while everybody else only gets 1 vote per share. Only the internal management have "B class" shares, and Zuckerberg has enough of them that he has 60% of the votes, so he can force through whatever he wants. Facebook is his bitch.
