Apple is absolutely shit. About 2 years ago my dad bought a top of the line macbook costing something close to £2000.
He's given it the easiest possible life, he's almost never travelled with it and it sits on his desk 24/7.
This year the battery swole up and damaged the screen. They made him pay £500 for the repairs. It's disgraceful.
