Are you unionized, Jow Forums?

Shit poll, won't respond. A better poll would be like
>Yes and I like collective bargaining powers
>Yes but I'd rather not be
>No, don't want to anger Mr. Noseburg
>No but want to unionize
My vote on that poll would be the 4th option. Most tech jobs are exempt from unionizing here so employers are free to put us on salary positions and then demand 80+ hour work weeks for no additional pay.

Obviously, that's how we roll in Sweden. I'm about 3 week away from a month paid long vacation.

>Most tech jobs are exempt from unionizing here
This ultimately comes down to each particular state and its laws, correct?

That fucker will say anything to gain votes.

supply vs demand, econ 101

The entertainment industry is even worse, slave labor literally compete to work for free for a chance to "get recognized" and become a "star".

lol. Start your own gaming company, faggots.

>I get 3 ENTIRE weeks of vacation because I'm a union cuck :DD

Maybe you can get unlimited PTO like me because you're not a retard and picked up skills that are actually useful and in demand (distributed systems)

lol I can't believe you fell for the unlimited PTO meme. It's a way to make you work more because you don't want to be seen as a lazy employee so in the back of your mind there's always an afterthought that you may be vexing Mr. Noseberg by taking too many days off, as opposed to having a set number of days that are your unquestionable right under a contract.

>Some naysayers call into question whether this type of plan will lead to employees abusing their discretionary break time. Companies that support the policy do not believe this is the case, and they say that employees are far too concerned with damaging their reputation to take advantage of unlimited PTO. In fact, many businesses are finding that since starting to use the new policy, their employees are actually taking less time off from work than they did before

I have no sympathy, the developers sat back and allowed the industry to push digital distribution.
Paid digital distribution, which is what allows the video game industry to make $43 billion in revenue, is communist - see Karl Marx' labor theory of value.

Unionized
I see ionized, e.g. specifically I.e. radiation so fuck that fuck off kike
