there's no actual 3733MHz ram. You need to overclock it from a 3600 Stick. Also, CAS Latency is a better indicator of whether it'll work.

CAS 14 3200MHz will be the same as CAS 16 3600 MHz. I highly also suspect that the reason why the system in the benchmark Ran with the 83ns latency is precisely because it defaulted to it's JEDEC-approved speed, and that they were not able to tighten the timings, the same way they were not able to overclock.
