no one cares about rappers who can't produce their own beats unless you have an interesting rapper persona like 6ix9ine or someone like that. you need at least one or the other but if you have both then that's how you become a golden-tier rapper like kanye west for example. good luck famalam.
Some advice
1.I don't understand what you're saying but that's probably because I'm not American
2.Try to make the underlying bass less prevalent, especially when it's monotone, most songs usually have different sets of bass
Not bad overall though nice song
Oh yeah, can't say there's anything memorable, maybe enounciate yourself clearly( if the lyrics relate to the viewer) or do something revolutionary with the music if you want something really groundbreaking
I've cultivated my ego's personality, it's ready for primetime baby
Not trying to blow up here. Just wanna get a couple checks for a couple shows thats all mane
I said to myself to not click
But i did it, you ruined my night
well if you want an ego personality you might want to choose beats that represent that better. if i listened to that track by itself without reading the op i wouldn't guess that that's what you were going for at all
I was using the term ego in it's most literal sense
so what do you mean by you've "cultivated your ego's personality"
I think that you need to have your own producing style, like that user said
but, musically and lyrically, you seem solid
if there's something I could say for this track, the instrumentals should've been in swing time (and maybe could've been a little more prominent), because it would fit better with your vocal flow
Thanks for the feedback guys, here's another

nice cover
make your own beats DAWlet
also ask your producers to put swing in the drums
>also ask your producers to put swing in the drums

This one's better
yeah, like that
of course it could be more pronounced but that track's about exactly what I was thinking of
it goes alot better with your style
and speaking of funk, you could do with some more complex basslines
also your covers are great but you could step em up a notch
for your next release, use pic related
>for your next release, use pic related
I gotchu
thanks
just to make sure you've gained a follower
you really know how to grow
also as another note if you really want to get yourself known, you need your own style yet your releases must be original each in their own way
right now your tracks are sounding too similar, experiment with other time signatures, or make your own beats, or make the bpm really fast or slow, or something
gotta be able to keep the interest of a listener, else you become background music
>gotta be able to keep the interest of a listener, else you become background musi
what did he mean by this
Stay tuned!
