What the fuck did I do Jow Forums

I was installing a new CPU (3900x) and this happened. I upgraded an x470-I with a 2600, I did all the necessary BIOS updates and it booted fine after w/ the 2600.

Intel doesn't have this issue.

You're not wrong, but this is what I had

This looks so fucking familiar. Like an atari game that's glitched out. Like that cart that had cheetamen or whatever.

You're welcome OP. I did my best.

Only fucking stupid fags think this is a good idea.

Have you tried to turn it off and on?
GPU?

It is, how fast does the 4MB pic load for you compared to the 0.3MB still webm?

Windows batch script if interested:
for %%f IN (*.png, *.jpg) do (
ffmpeg -loop 1 -i "%%f" -pass 1 -y -g 1 -vf scale=1280:-1 -c:v libvpx -auto-alt-ref 0 -lag-in-frames 25 -bf 8 -b:v 2M -deadline best -cpu-used 0 -an -t 1 -r 1 -f webm nul
ffmpeg -loop 1 -i "%%f" -pass 2 -y -g 1 -vf scale=1280:-1 -c:v libvpx -auto-alt-ref 0 -lag-in-frames 25 -bf 8 -b:v 2M -deadline best -cpu-used 0 -an -t 1 -r 1 -f webm output.webm
)
pause

Yes, no change. Tried different monitors, same result. I havent tried disconnecting the GPU yet but I'm not sure what would have changed. It's still plugged in fine.

Is that APU? Or CPU only?
