When I was a kid I noticed in the toilets at school that kids looked "different" and it made me ultra insecure about urinating in public next to another man. Pretty sure other kids bullied me about it at the time because this deep insecurity is still around today.
They were mutilated against their will, I wasn't. Born in 1988 so maybe it was still a trend in Australia at that time. My old man was and from what I've heard, male genital mutilation was a pretty big thing in Australia for a while.
