Peruvian cousine is more complex than brazilian. I agree, but brazilian is as comfy as mexican or italian. Our lunch is healty as fuck : beans, rice vegetables and meat. cant go wrong with that.

It was meant to be somekind of dessert (is this term correct?) in pizzerias.
Sort of. Traditionally, we use pig leftovers (ears, cheeks, assorted scraps from other cuts, some chouriço) to give it a meat flavour (it was siege/famine food), but we do add some chunkier meat now every so often. Some chicken too. My favourite part is the rice to soak up the bean/meat sauce.
Feijoada is served with red beans. We do have dobrada which has white beans but it has intestines as opposed to the meat scraps.
I honestly don't know which Feijoada I like the most, desu. Brazilian feijoada is pretty great on it's own.

In all you can eat pizza places they serve the sweet pizzas in the ending as desserts. There is a variety of flavor, some even serve a special ice cream one.

Feijoada (the Portuguese one, at least) is a magical dish in that you can eat it 3 days later and it's as good if not better tasting. It gets thicker and more curated. And after a week you can add water and a pebble to make stone soup.
Brazilian one is also pretty great. Black beans are fucking awesome, and I'm sad we don't eat them more. Thank god for Brazilian rodízio/picanha joints.

I wonder if you got that from us. It's the exact same here, with the exception of some Mozambican/Goan stolen stuff, most Portuguese food relies on good ingredients and combinations, as opposed to sauce.
Not surprisingly, a lot of Brazilian food seems tailored for the Portuguese taste. It doesn't rely on the same ingredients, but it seems like it was made by/for the same people. Which is really neat, because Brazilian joints are much more popular than Spanish joints here, despite them having the same geographical conditions.
From my interactions with Brazilians, it seems like Portuguese food feels similar to you guys. Especially fish dishes, which I guess you guys don't get to eat a ton of, and that most people dislike or are afraid to try, but all you guys go for it and seem to enjoy it.
I guess that mom's cooking is a hard tie to break, even after 200 years.

It's typical from Goiás state. The special point on this dish is pequi (souari nut), a typical fruit from Cerrado (brazilian savana), but pequi itself cannot be eaten raw, because there are spines and unawared people can have detached and hurted tongues.
