China isn't even remotely our largest market and ag is tariffed to hell in China anyway. They actually can't raise the tariffs much more or else they risk inflating food prices, which is going to make Xi's consolidation of power much more difficult.

Alternative scenario: They raise the tariffs and a bunch of chinks starve because the CCP is also depopulating the countryside in order to drive urbanization.
