This is ours. Although president's "place" is Kremlin

I like it, it's austere and serious-looking.

I like ours desu. Oldest house of parliament still in use

Japan is this
shugiin.go.jp/internet/itdb_annai.nsf/html/statics/kokkai/sisetu.htm

Beautiful...
It looks like a palace.

Disappointing to be honest. Nothing about it says "Japan."

are you ok??

10/10

Very impressive.

When the construction plan of the House of Parliament was created is in the Meiji era (The era that Japan incorporated the modern civilization of Western Europe), it became such a design.
Japan invited architects from the German empire

That makes sense. I just looked up the Emperor's palace and it looks more like what I expected.

Hungary has the best one

Ours is pretty cool desu senpai

I like that place a lot, it's a good place to visit.
Although probably boring after a couple of hours.

That is the castle where the general lived in the Edo period
Prior to the Meiji era, the Emperor lived in Kyoto, but in the Meiji era, the New Japan government kicked out the general

After that, the castle became Imperial Palace

Ah neat, thank you. So no one lives in the place I posted?

I'm digging this one.

Way overdoing it. I prefer humbler ones.

I think ours is nice on the inside.

The line of red sunscreens make it really cute, and quintessential Mexican somehow.

Yup, its the best.

Very noice

ew

One of the best, though I like the Hungarian more.

It looks kind of goofy, it's modern but tries to be classic but at the same time looks like it came from the 80s. It does nothing well.

There are more beautiful parliament buildings, though I like that ours has a square on the inside that is open to the public. Do other country's also do this?

I like the naked roman style statues, and the colors used.

Gorgeous

Cool but the dome ruins the angular edginess

Magnificent

Quite shameful that all those structures are used by disgusting corrupt bureaucrats

Who are the statues of?

>Do other country's also do this?

Yep. National Mall.

Our capital is unironically really aesthetic. It's also nice they have a height limit for buildings.

this is the only correct answer

I like the carving. What's it of?

oh, then our congress is even more boring, although I love that green facade with the carved drawings

Attached: cc3a1mara.jpg (1024x665, 123K)

I like the older ones desu

Greco-Roman mythology. The carvings are several iterations of Athena, Themis, Prometheus and other Greek/Roman gods.

Compared to the ones posted here mine is meh. But I really like it.

>The White House is the "main government building" of the United States
take a civics class, pleb

Is that a church?

I don't know too much about government organization. But why is posting the white house invalid here? Your government is separated in 3 so posting the main building of any of those 3 should be correct. The white house is the main building of the executive branch.

Four male characters are Settler, Mental Work, Faith and Harvest. [1] The Fifth Sculpture, The Future, depicts a woman carrying her baby and is placed her back facing the room.

That seems really similar to ours, though I guess both are ripping on Ancient Greece.

Hungary has an amazing parliament building.

How did a bunch of steppe nomads develop such fine architecture?

They didn't. They got it from the Austrians and Ottomans.

[citation needed]

The White-House is just the residence of the President.

>[basic education needed]

but isn't the oval office his "base work place"?

>baseless retarded claims about former Warsaw Pact nations are basic education

This wins although the photo helps. Hungary must have been rich somewhere in history

Seriously hope you're trolling right now.

Imperial family live there desu

The president has very little power in reality.

No, although it sure looks like one. It served as the great hall for the count of Holland, built in the 13th century. The rest of the parliament has been gradually built around it, most of it in the 16-18th century

Ok

And now for the trifecta of our three main government buildings. It's like a lesson in neoclassicism.

ours is quite modest yet our politicians dont deserve it.

The building itself looks good but the taller buildings around the building ruins it. It should be located in an open space, like a park or surrounded by canals.

The president sends ravens to other castles in Portugal to exert his executive power.

Very nice, how did a nitwit like you get so tasteful?

Actually not anymore, it's Los Pinos where the president lives and works. it has multiple gardens and it's huge. Dumbass president doesn't deserve it though
