Eritrean is pretty damn good. Really heavy though. And don't accidentally call it Ethiopean unless you want a lecture.

Does biltong count? Because I eat a lot of that shit

What's the white thing it looks like a pork bun

Yep. Went to an Ethiopian restaurant over 10 years ago. It was pretty good, but it's all the way downtown so I never bothered going back.

Ethiopia is a fake country.

>Fufu (variants of the name include foofoo, fufuo, foufou) is a staple food common in many countries in Africa such as Ghana and Nigeria. It is often made in the traditional Ghanaian and Nigerian method by mixing and pounding separate equal portions of cassava and green plantain flour thoroughly with water. It is then adjusted to either increase or decrease the viscosity of the fufu depending on personal gastronomic preferences.[1] Other flours, such as semolina, maize flour or mashed plantains may take the place of cassava flour. Fufu is often served with groundnut soup, palm nut soup or light soup.

it tastes like nothing.

nice!

Is it a good dipping food? I fucking love dipping bread in soup or Naan in curry

I have had Egyptian food but it had to grow on me first

Only once, it was horrible

I love Ethiopian food.

yeah, im starving

i tried this once years ago with my family. it was surprisingly good and interesting but i never got a craving for it again

Literally looks like indian food with some salad, beef and cheese on it.

Actually now I'm realizing that I haven't eaten Ethiopian food for at least two years, but it's still a great meal to have when you're with multiple people

how expensive is it for you over there? i went to a spot in DC that was fairly well known (forget the name now) but i remember it being pretty pricey for what i felt like wasnt very much food. although back then i was a fat kid so that might have been it but even my thin parents werent full afterwards

The price was average but I cannot fully remember as I was invited

No

>neither have they
