It is illegal for me to work at lower wage then minimum. If I try to get a entry level job me being a citizen puts me at a disadvantage from getting a job because they have to pay me more and get caught almost automatically if they don't. With illegal aliens they're usually subcontracted and a lot harder to catch and even if they are its the subcontractor not the primary construction/produce company that gets fined and canned. Source: I am anchor baby and I cannot even attempt to get the same job my father works right now cause it might draw attention to the feds.

Going by the racial breakdown in SAT scores, if Yale were to demand the same performance from its black students as its white/Asian students, it would probably have 5 to 10 black students per year out of a class of 2,200, depending on how many choose Harvard/Stanford/Princeton instead.

"URM" includes "Hispanics," who get affirmative action, but not as much as blacks. For blacks alone, 170 on the LSAT is fairly rare. Only a few blacks per year score that high in the entire US.

If you're white/Asian and score a perfect 1600 on the SAT, top schools might still deny you. If you are black and can break 1200, you are already in strong consideration for admission. 1200 isn't an "idiot," but it's a massive drop in the usual standards for admission.
