who cares about a desert with some sky scrapers in

Because they funded it.

most of the native population of saudi arabia are welfare NEETs with nothing better to do

I never understood how the Middle East is able to read literal scribbles.

Because most of the teens are closet atheists and got nothing to do, also most of them watch garbage like One Piece and Dragon Ball so there's that.

Op's image is calligraphy. Regular arabic isn't that hard to read.

sexualization of children

>half of Saudis are on some form of welfare
>68% obesity rate
>no age of consent, but must be married for purity reasons
Saudi Arabia is literally /a/ the country.

Because some of the many rich princes unironically produce anime.

Because 3D women in hijab are unfappable.

anime then

I don't think an anime based on Fatimah will be popular with the majority of Saudi.

Yeah, who cares about America?

Your previous post was written in two days, this was written in a second
next question

Anime is popular everywhere.

they don't write vowels in normal sentences, the language is structured so that they are implied when you read something. You should take a look at their alphabet, it's really no different than say Cyrillic, you think it looks like scribbles because the letters connect to one other usually. Each letter still makes a certain sound

>Faridah-chan so kawaii today mashallah
>Y-you're just saying that, Ahmed-kun!

>Too much oil-money
>no taxes
>social activities only in nighttime
>“A while ago, the average Saudi wouldn’t think of starting a business. All they wanted was a government job.” washingtonpost.com

that looks like a nose

>Ahmed-kun
That's my father's name.

>a-al'abalah

>Muslims are starting to see the problems in their religion and becoming to be deists
Finally

it's a really interesting language actually

>Reading the Washington post

انا من جد اتمنة ما تسون هاذا الشي

I gave up on it long ago. It becomes a lot easier when your family isn't breathing down your neck.

Anime is too powerful, even american tv station were blocking anime from entering.
It cuts into their profits.

Korean is fucking easy as shit. One of my profs when I was at uni was from Jordan and he showed us some Arabic script when there was nothing to do, fucking weird shit man.

I always imagine user as a lanky faggot. But the other points seem accurate.

>ywn be a saudi arabian prince rich enough to fund your own anime where you marry your waifu
>and then produce a couple of hentai ovas

>3DPD hidden under the black carpet
>harems of 2D beauty fanservice
Easy choice

Because most cartoons we watched in our childhood were japanese dubbed in arabic.
Heidi, Romeo and the black brothers, that old sinbad anime, that old Remi anime, tales of little women and the likes, Beyblade, Robin Hood, Thunder Jet was especially popular,
Western cartoons apart from the famous Disney shows weren't watched that often, at least in my childhood.
DBZ and OP weren't dubbed until like 5 years ago or something.

Mongols like anime more, there's an anime about their conquest coming up sometime.

How does /a/ do it? Even with all it's flaws it still manages to maintain a level of quality far above the other media boards.

With the help of Allah

>Live in exotic desert land with medieval government and moral system
>have harem of thot Instagram models and south Asian slave maids
>have a stupidly huge amount of money because you just happened to land on oil
>get to play god while being a degenerate NEET and doing nothing all day
Is Saudi Arabia the magical isekai land from my animu?

Not anime&manga.

Did you not enter any thread for a gdct anime in the last 5 years or something? That's even if you ignore the stalker threads.

>infidel

imagine if someone made this thread in /v/

/a/ is basically /v/ at this point.

Semitic alphabets are aesthetic. One day I'd want to learn Aramaic just for fun. The bad thing is not that they look like srcibbles. It's that they are written from right to left, which is too much for, err, an overly-fixated person like me. It's like reading a page in reverse or something.

Get bombed, faggot.

First flag

I WANTED TO BE FIRST YOU DAMN DANE

How to recognize an amerifat even without a flag

Shit, I didn't get to post while it still was in /a/.
To answer your question OP :
- Extreme weather conditions force you to stay cooped up in your home all day long so you eventually pick up a computer or a phone to kill the boredom, very much the same reason why eastern europeans that are snowbound most of the year tend to be adept hax0rs and game modders.
- Most of us grew up watching Ghibli films, FotNS, Gundams, Macross, Captain Tsubasa and so on and so forth, so it's only natural to come back to it
- If there's any demographic that needs escapism the most it's sandniggers. We not only have to deal with hellish temperatures and poor living conditions, but also pisslam and the complete retardation of our compatriots

Autism.

Wh-what happened here?

Not everything is due to autism.

Aliens trying to learn about human culture

Someone made an off-topic thread on /a/, and a mod moved it here.

>one shot at life
>not born in the middle east

It took me like 2 hours to memorize 40% of letters and its forms in sentences. It's not difficult at all. Calligraphy looks extremely difficult though. It's difficult to even read latin alphabet in some calligraphy for me.

GAS THE WEEBS

I've noticed kpop is super popular there too... you can never pull up an Instagram post from a kpop star without seeing comments in their scribbled language

I like bleach and attack the titans
