It's probably too late to take legal action now but you could contact a lawyer and discuss it with them. One potential would be to email the guy about it and try to bait him into admitting that he drugged and raped you. For example, say that you enjoyed it and want to do it again or something. "hey user remeber that time you drugged and raped me? i kind of have a kink for that, could we talk about it" you get the idea. I have no idea if that would work or not, but it's worthwhile to contact a lawyer and try to fuck that dude in the ass (with the law).
