Rich, successful country

>rich, successful country
>people are self-hating cucks

>poor, corrupt shithole
>people are ardent nationalists

Why is this? It should be the other way around.

People from rich countries are more individualist.

Too much soy

Japan is nationalist and successful

But we're the most nationalist country in the world

Cringe

Maximum cringe.

>strong men create good times
Ah yes, as evidenced by all those "strong men" in the middle east and central Africa.

then why are they stealing all your women? lol

poor people tend to lack intelligence.

hmmm

This is not actually true.

People in rich countries are very defensive of the way they do things. You aren't going to tell a Swedish/Dutch/Swiss person that their country is being run badly. They won't agree with you and will actually proclaim that they approve of their governments.

People in poor countries might be "nationalists" but they also hate the way the country is run and think their own governments are corrupt.

You are confusing too things: being defensive of your identity (what poor countries do) and being defensive of your society and governance (what rich countries do).

Identity has nothing to do with what happens in parliament.

good post

Shouldn't this be the other way round? Just see how many people in Europe fought for their country in ww2, versus how many people are now fleeing from 3rd world countries as refugees.

this

Could you explain further? I find it hard to believe that people in 1st world countries unconditionally support their government's decisions.
>People in poor countries might be "nationalists" but they also hate the way the country is run and think their own governments are corrupt.
Depends, most self-proclaimed nationalists don't care about corruption or anything similar for that matter, it's always some bullshit abstract idea about national interest.
>You are confusing too things: being defensive of your identity (what poor countries do) and being defensive of your society and governance (what rich countries do)
Why wouldn't the people in rich countries care about their identity? They have every right to be proud about it.

You'll be more ready to fight when you're often in real danger and have only a small, but very important amount (that needs to be protected), to lose.
What could happen to you and your close ones in Japan, a stable country that allows personal freedom?
Nothing.
What could happen to you and your close ones in Afghanistan, where having passable water is a luxury and you'd do anything (like going to the military) to keep you and your family alive and safe?
A lot.

time to lay off those tumblr infographics, sören

First one is an absolute meme, no truth value whatsoever. Second one is a coping mechanism, we as nations are minority complex in state form. That's it.

Empathy correlates with intelligence which correlates with wealth

I assume you know fuck all about what's happening in 3rd world countries

Maybe nationalism has something to do with being a corrupt and poor shithole?

Dubs checked.

Maybe if you hate yourself, you can improve and become successful?

Maybe if you have no opportunity to succeed, you'll unthinkingly support your government hoping it will help you?

It's actually that westeners have a huge ego and think they are the epitome of humanity who need to save the rest of the world from themselves.

And paradoxally the subhumans are also expted to behave like the epitome of humanity and people get surprised when they don't.
