Started cutting this week. I've been bulking for the last 7 months and I've put on about 20lbs. I haven't put on as much muscle as I would have liked but I'm sick of eating.

i've been doing small exercises but it's really done nothing (not that i really had a goal besides helping me sleep)

Yeah, man. You really can't be doing that. You have to have some sort of progressive overload, or you'll never see any results. You either have to add weight or do a harder variation of the movement. I followed pic related the first time I decided I wanted to get fit. It worked okay for a while.

but that what I mean i don't really care about gaining weight was just doing to help pass time and help me sleep
