In short, he was just a talking head that only did what others pushed on him, like participating Armenia into Eurasian Economic Union that nobody wanted to . During his time nothing good happened with country, corruption and migration only got stronger, did few to nothing for army, and on top of that he talked bullshit during the April War, even called Karabakh a conquered land.
Basically, he was a joke for everyone around, and people got sick especially after April War.
