How does weed usage work in your country? How easy is it to get it? Is it cheap? Is it socially accepted? Are people arrested for having or selling pot? This is a political question, please do not think I am trying to make pot propaganda.

In Brazil it is generally easy to get and cheap, tho it is bad quality. People can get some legal trouble and be abused by policemen for having it, tho they will hardly be arrested. Usually you have to be a medium-class person to be able to use drugs without much consequence. People are frequently arrested for having it.

a guy from my class in high school was dealing back then and he always got away with warnings and fines

Quite easy, but you have to know somebody at first, after that you can get into drugs selling sites online which are massively used here

Only by the younger generation, older people are still in reefer madness mode. It's getting more and more mainstream

Yes and yes, but the police here is very rare to see and don't really have the resources as in other countries, we have no secret service and so on, so unless you have drugs at a festival, smoke in public or get a reputation for weed in a small town you're ok. A policy for decriminalisation of drug possession is in the workings but it hasn't been implemented yet.

I'm for a full legalization of weed and I think it should be monopolised by the State just like alcohol is, and have an age limit of 20 years just like alcohol

The government literally pushes it on you here. It used to be illegal but nowadays literally every aspect of american society is pressuring you to smoke as much weed as possible. (Unless you're black in which case it's still illegal)
