I've checked their market today. The low end has studios and village houses for 8-10k. The villages suck mostly. The resorts are ok, some complexes have cool shit. Shitfia has great apartment prices, if you can afford 45k and up. Barely any income taxes

Think about it. They build on a plot of land like 5-10km away from the beach where it's cheap. In the summer it's chill because you can drive/walk to the beach and party but in the winter there's no people, no one staying there and it's cold and isolated. You wanna live there?
