>Trump literally ushering in the nwo
>said verbatim that we should grab the guns and focus on due process later
Pretty funny turn of events if I may say so myself

Was probably flipped after becoming president

Wasn't Macron suppose to be some liberal hero yet turned out to be Trump's best friend and said he would rule like Mars the God of War.

this is what I keep asking to myself

He's power hungry from what I've seen, Machiavelli. He even married his mum for power

Always knew the French were our greatest ally.

He has never been a liberal hero but poltards kept saying he was and people believed it. He is inspired by gaulism. Also he is Trump's "best friend" because he wants to make him change his mind on many subjects, the other european leaders hate trump so much that they are opposed to him so he just keeps doing what he wants because it's not like europe could put pressure on the usa. Macron also clearly said during the press conference and at many times that he was against many of trump's policies.

>Wasn't Macron suppose to be some liberal hero
no, foreign media pushed that narrative because he was against a far right candidate, but he was seen as the lesser evil here.
He's a classic neo-liberal in the economic sense, with no particularly strong opinion on private issues (as of now, and in the french context).

he needs to give us the frigates nao!!!

>gaulism
is this raiding, tribal councils, and Cernunnos worship

If only he didnt feel the need to piss on prostitutes on camera he’d still be on our side

He means DeGaull. The spineless worm that believed communist propoganda from a literal communist newspaper

His only goal is to subjucate the Germanic tribes under a French identity

that's the political line of the heirs of Charles de Gaulle, but he's not at all about it imho.

>“Ask him about the cemeteries, Dean!"
>In 1966 upon being told that President Charles >DeGaulle had taken France out of NATO and that all U.S. troops must be evacuated off of >French soil President Lyndon Johnson mentioned to Secretary of State Dean Rusk that he should ask DeGaulle about the >Americans buried in France. Dean implied in his answer that that DeGaulle should not really be asked that in the meeting at which point >President Johnson then told Secretary of State >Dean Rusk:
>"Ask him about the cemeteries Dean!"
>That made it into a Presidential Order so he had to ask President DeGaulle.
>So at end of the meeting Dean did ask >DeGaulle if his order to remove all U.S. troops from French soil also included the 60,000+ soldiers buried in France from World War I and World War II.
>DeGaulle, embarrassed, got up and left and never answered.”

>He is inspired by gaulism.

No, he is clearly on the machiavellianism side (remember, he wrote his thesis on Machiavelli).

Like you said, his "friendship" with Trump is only because he know it's the best/only way to get Trump change his mind on subjects like the Iran deal.

>anglo "wit"

And everybody clapped

Do what we did...

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaullism

>Not wanting to be a whore for the usa
>"muh communist"
every single time

How are the two incompatible ? Gaullism is dominated by a pragmatic exercise of power. Machiavellianism too. And Machiavellianism isn't so much an ideology than a political methodology of doing things. Seriously every politician, even Holland could be qualified as Machiavellianism.

You frogs believe literal communist propoganda that the us tried to colonize France after ww2 and that the us supported some coup attempt in the 60s.

You played tricks to get De Gaulle out of the power and you tried to put your own French guy instead, you tried to make us use your own created money ( you did with Italia and it was a disaster for them) before De Gaulle said it was worthless. DG was always very suspicious of Americans so there are no reasons to not believe it could've been the case.

>suppose to be some liberal hero
Not at all, unless you mean liberal in the euro sense as in free market capitalist, not leftist
Nobody believed us here when we told you but the guy ran without any real campaign and just said whatever people wanted to hear.
He does the same here, saying everything and its opposite every day. Nothing really changes in this country mind you this all just for show.

yeah this too

>Nothing really changes
That level of unawareness wow

>Yanks
>Anglos
They often are, but occasionally a German sneaks in

Based

poltards on this board were the ones warning you about him being an ultra capitalist and you told us to fuck off and that he's perfect, only for you commies to act surprised later on that we were right and he isn't gonna be your hero at all

i clearly remember telling many times leftists here they wouldn't be happy with a rothschild banker leading the country and they just called me names, now they are protesting all over the streets wew who could have foreseen that

No one played any tricks. Fdr didn't like him because he wanted to work through the Vichy government for peace or some bs

Please do tell me, what changed ? That he privatized the public sector a bit more ? wow what a radical change of politics that is so innovative and new

Well, at least he's not Trump

It's funny how macron is now the trump whisperer by just playing to his ego, like getting the guy front row seats to bastille day. It's all like bad american sit-com.
