Finns use nuuska in the conscription because there is no time tobacco sometimes and its easier to just use nuuska.

Nuuska is not sold in Finland so anyone who uses them need to buy them from ship cruises or Sweden.

It's of course distictively swedish, but Strengberg in Jakobstad made snus in Finland until 90's. It's always been a thing also here, but never as much as in Sweden. We use it quite a lot though.
