I would like to open a general Southern cuisine restaurant just anywhere in Europe. They just don't really exist there and should. Although one of the French anons once posted a Cajun restaurant in France he goes to.

The thing is, Cajun foods have French names, but will be different from the French recipe. For example Louisiana boudin has rice in it.

I used to cook in Cajun restaurants and we had all these French names for stuff.
All English-speaking restaurants use a lot of French terms but being Cajun it was a lot.
And then I had to translate to Spanish to speak to all the Mexicans.
