Nonetheless even this society has it's problems. Namely the fact that if there are international or even domestic crises every institution funded/owned by the government will suffer and will be strained. Thus the system needs to be in constant change and this in turn puts great pressure on the political body. BUT, i agree that this kind of a system is one of the best working out there but requires augmentation. Raw capitalism a la USA is not a humane political system and in the end without the constant challenging of the US government would lead to all out corporatism and i can't see anyone wanting that unless they're the CEO of say Apple.
