whats it like growing up french in canada
do you believe yourself inferior, superior, or equal to your *nglo counterparts
Québécois sleeper agent or traitor?
Who's your favorite rapper?
Hurry up and separate so I can stop subsidizing your lazy french ass.
Growing up you don't notice too much Anglos. I never heard English IRL before I was more or less 9-10 years old and first went to Montréal. My mother and her new husband at that time would also speak English when they discussed matters they didn't want me and my bro from hearing.
I don't think we think of ourselves superior/inferior than Anglo Canadians, but rather really different. You'll sometimes hear good shit about Ontario because they pay elss taxes and have better roads but then will hear same people mocking Ontario for being boring and rude.
I really don't care one bit for Canada. I don't respect Canada. I unironically sayed that my sex was X, neither male nor female when I made my application.
Anyways, if you fight any army in NATO, you don't fight for your country, you fight for the USA.
Oh and they pay for my studies which is great.
Right now I would say TripleGo, a French duo who have a really original, dreamlike, futuristic, "arabic"? kind of flow when they rap. They are pretty good
When are you taking over Canada?
Whenever we get some more support from our creators. Still can't get why French kangz prefered some sugar plantations in the Carribean rather than a 9 million square km land of unspoiled forests and cultivable lands.
>I never heard English IRL before I was more or less 9-10 years old and first went to Montréal
you from saguenay?
Our ruling class was G*rmanic and didn't really care about us poor Celtic chaps at the time. For what it's worth though, Charles de Gaulle did openly support you, in what he saw as "the last chance to correct the French cowardice that led to 70000 Frenchmen being abandoned". His infamous quote "Vive le Québec libre" even helped starting the Quiet Revolution, if I gather. However, since his death, our leaders have been too cucked to openly support the French matter in Canada. Our official position regarding your independence is that we won't openly support you unless you clearly express your desire for independence, and unfortunately not a single one of your separatist referendums worked.
No. Montérégie.
Yes. Some people, not enough, here also know about De Gaulle's speech. He is really based and he did start the Quiet Revolution by himself alone, giving this Speech to the teenage/young adults Babyboomer's generation, which all went some being Québec nationalists. You can see the huge gap between them and for example my grandparent's generation who view themselves not as Québécois but as Canadiens and closer to Anglo Canadians than French from France
Yeah I read about that. It's a shame, but nothing is over yet. Dissatisfaction towards the federal government just has to grow to higher levels than they are right now. Especially since I hear that Justin Trudeau does nothing to support French Canadian interests.
Québec nationalism isn't happening anytime soon. Their mainstream separatist party is imploding and it's stuck at the bottom of polls for the upcoming provincial elections.
what does smoking weed feel like? I have never done any drugs, alcohol etc.
Ye I heard about that too. The status quo may not remain though, maybe you'll see a resurgence of Québec nationalism in the future. We'll see.
levesque was already campaging on separating
quiet revolution started when duplessis died
quebec separatism is about profitable federalism (extortion), not actually separating
montreal is half of the provincial population, native francophones are only half of the city, include gatineau relying on ontario healthcare and it will never happen
Arap here. Why are your women such coal burners? I haven't met a single one who didn't fuck a Haitian.
Y'a vraiment des anglophones qui vivent à Montréal sans parler le français ? Non mais comment c'est possible ?
we have pockets around downtown, and the western part of the island
mcgill and concordia bring in at least 50k english only students to the downtown area
other than having to say 'allo employees don't need to speak in french
What a bunch of lazy faggots. I really can't stand that "I already have English so I don't need to learn French" attitude
only guy in montreal who told me to learn french was some african cashier
some jewish lady told me she doesn't like nationalists so she only talks to anglos and other jews in yiddish
Smoking weed is great. It's by far the best drug on a ratio of pleasure/addiction. After doing many drugs, I've found a lot being more enjoyable than weed, like opioids (especially oxycodone) who are extremely addictives. Or cocaine and ketamine who just give you this rush of orgasm like happîness.
Cannabis doesn't contain just one active molecules, it has a dozens: THC, CBC, etc. That is why unlike other drugs some batches of weed could give very different buzzes. It is a unique drug, with psychedelics of course.
I sincerely don't think Québécois are more coal burners than other North American countries but I'm guessing since you are an Arab and you live with Haitians, you live in Montréal. Keep in mind Montréal =/= Québec.
Well lad, I haven't technically joined the military yet, my training starts in August. I hope they don't get pu$$y, my mom was in the army
what uni do u go to?
I'm starting at École polytechnique de Montréal in August.
