While this isn't Northern Europe/NA tier white, this isn't really that dark either. These are passable people in many Southern European countries. When people say Chile isn't white they sometimes act like it's Haiti #2 when in reality they're whiter than beaners.

Because our census only have 4 options. White, Black, Yellow and Pardo. Indians and half black are both "brown" in our census.

This map is deceiving. A mexican mestizo is not the same as a panamanian mestizo for example. They have on different ratios of native to european admixture
