Why did europeans never develop a form of writing on their own?
The Germanic, Italic, Greek and Cyrillic alphabeths are all ultimately descended from Phoenician, which itself is descended from Canaanite and before that from Egyptian hieroglyphs. Source: Wikipedia
The Glagolitic script (/ˌɡlæɡəˈlJtJk/,Ⰳⰾⰰⰳⱁⰾⰹⱌⰰ Glagolitsa) is the oldest known Slavic alphabet.

Descended from Old Italic and Greek, before that from Phoenician. Did you think it was just a coincidence that O, B, T, R, I, H and M were nearly identical in both alphabeths? Invented by greeks and influenced by greek, no?
Invented by Minoans, who were shitskins. Armenia isn't in Europe The Greek alphabeth comes from the Phoenician one. They didn't invent their own. Wikipedia writes about several nearly identical letters from Greek, Armenian and Hebrew. Are they letters or just depictions/images? Explain please
Julian Wright
you are one dumb shitskin
your whole post is just trash i would correct you if you were white but youre not wort the effort
Xavier Scott
>Invented by Minoans, who were shitskins. >provide an example with one of the main sources of European cultures >nu-uh!
If you're talking about Northern Europe, it's because they were barbarians living in shit huts. As for the Meds, they didn't need to make one from scratch, since they had easy access to stuff like the Phoenecian writing system.
Brandon Johnson
>Are they letters or just depictions/images? Mix of dhékka (runes/letters - not related to norse/other runes) and symbols.
Colton Adams
because what's the point when we already had the perfect writing system
Caleb Ross
Most of the letters are still pretty different from italic ones and most can safely be said are original, same can be said about Sami letters or that Cyrillic stuff
Brandon Smith
Not him, but how is he wrong? Writing in the old world started with cuneiform, which was invented by nonwhites.

A sami on Jow Forums..
Ayden Gonzalez
Why did phoenicians not be able to develop wroting of tgeir own? Phoenician cones from Egyptian
Jose Perry
LInear A, LInear B, Scandi runes, Ogham etc
There are several.
Gavin Nguyen
Jewish lies that Greek is phoenician.
Mason Torres
>Explain please Those are native iberian runes.
Caleb Walker
I know, I included that in the OP. >Linear A: Created by Minoan shitskins. Noone would consider them european if they lived today >Linear B: Developed from Linear A >Scandi Runes (Younger futhark): Based of off the Elder futhark, which in turn comes from Old Italic. >Ogham: No direct ancestor, I'll give you that, but clearly created because of Latin influence.
Tyler Bell
>Some researchers have concluded that it is linked to the Phoenician alphabet alone, but others believe the Greek alphabet also had a role.
Caleb Evans
>Invented by Minoans, who were shitskins. no, they were white and looked like the greeks do today (maybe with less indirect arab/ME genes through Turkey)
Gabriel Allen
>Elder futhark, which in turn comes from Old Italic. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elder_Futhark#Origins >The Elder Futhark runes are commonly believed to originate in the Old Italic scripts: either a North Italic variant (Etruscan or Raetic alphabets), or the Latin alphabet itself. Derivation from the Greek alphabet via Gothic contact to Byzantine Greek culture was a popular theory in the 19th century, but has been ruled out since the dating of the Vimose inscriptions to the 2nd century (while the Goths had been in contact with Greek culture only from the early 3rd century). Conversely, the Greek-derived 4th century Gothic alphabet does have two letters derived from runes, j (from Jer Runic letter jeran.svg j) and u (from Uruz Runic letter uruz.svg u). literally just speculation based on what some people want to think
Minoans literally lived in Greece therefore Europeans.

>No direct ancestor, I'll give you that, but clearly created because of Latin influence. Proof?
Landon Jones
Look at the elder futhark, then look at the latin alphabeth. See any similarities?
Forms of writing that developed without any contact to eachother have nearly nothing in common.
Luis Campbell
Is Ahmed Swedish because he lives in Sweden? Why else would they create it? Latin was right next to them and it inspired them to make their own alphabeth. Seems obvious to me.
Noah Cox
How are they not Europeans?
Aiden Walker
why would you create an alphabet when you can just steal it from your neighbors?
Jack Gray
>Why else would they create it? Latin was right next to them and it inspired them to make their own alphabeth. Seems obvious to me.
How are these people not Europeans? >be descended from Island-dwellers from 4000 years ago >they get invaded and ruled over by foreigners 3000 years ago >still speak the language of your invaders That's kinda cucked desu
Also do modern greeks look like this?
Robert Hernandez
>How are these people not Europeans? Forgot pic lmao
