Aca se dice:
- coger el bus/taxi
- coger una curva

I know for a fact, Colombians, Puerto ricans and Cubans don't use Coger in the sexual amerindian Latin America sense of the word.
I'm almost certain though not 100% sure that most places in Venezuela and Ecuador don't use it either.
Haiti doesn't even speak Spanish
I'm not sure if Panama and Costa Rica use it or not, but I believe they do use it in that sense
