It depends a lot more on circumstance and background for hispanics. I've got plenty of friends who are hispanic and nice, good-natured people, but there are also quite a few who like to pretend that they're black.

You'll see Whites and Asians (mostly Koreans) in predominantly CHI areas pretty regularly. I'm in North East LA, and for every 5 Mexicans there are about 4 Whites and 1 Asian. Black people living in Hispanic areas is uncommon but not super rare.

Middle class areas are more like per 10 residents; 5 Whites, 3 Hispanics, 2 Asians.

Rich areas are mostly White/Asian but you'll still see 10%-25% CHI populations in even the mega expensive parts of LA
