Okay, so one thing to know about somalis is there is a perpetual state of disorder. Races have a different carrying capacity for societal upkeep. Somalis are not a martial race in the sense that they wage war for expansion or glory, but they are just in a destructive fervor. One second they may claim to be violent because they are a jihadist, but this is not true, they are just a violent person, and you will see that the next second they will be a mercenary, or a drug dealer, or a pirate, or an emigrant, or a smuggler. It is not like in the Maghreb where the violent people at least try to stick to their principles when they can, in somalia they use principles and the shield of religion as an excuse to their barbarities. You will see that they beg for investment into their countries or foreign help but the moment a foreign boots touch the ground the foreigner has been brutalized or murdered.
