This is good, but very hard to implement

This map is actually weird because most of media here belongs to German and American corporations. Only 2 TV channels out of few hundred became monopolized by government lately and i think it might be a reason of our low rating. But comparing Poland with such authoritarian shithole like Ukraine is a heavy exaggeration. We should be yellow at worst.
