>room for rent 10 july - 3 August €600
Do people also do this in your country? Retarded students over here, in particular poor as fuck foreigners, rent out their room when they’re on holiday for a month.
Like who the fuck is interested in such a deal. Makes me want to rent it and turn it into a drug den filling it with refugees that won’t leave again
Room for rent 10 july - 3 August €600
Bmp
Are you literally jealous of somebody's room?
the trade off is its supposed to be quite cheap
although it wouldnt surprise me if most of those entitled gnats try to get median rent price and end up with an empty room for their holiday
What? I have a studio of my own with rent support. I pay less for much more.
I’m just curious what the hell those poor as fuck losers are thinking
Somebody is renting their room. So what now? What's the deal here?
But who would have interest to stay in a deserted student area for the summer, with nobody around?
Unless you're homeless the rest of the year...
Read again.
They rent their room for like 1 or 1.5 months, and expect the full price. I just don’t see what they are expecting.
They are not the owners. They are students from Eastern/Southern Europe or even worse; the 3rd world. They somehow believe people are willing to rent a room for a tiny duration while there is no university for the full price.
I’m curious about their logic. How come it makes sense to you?
i stayed in one some time ago
my lease was ending, and my gf and i wanted to rent an apartment together when she got back from visiting parents in china
So I had a month of nowhere to be
you're right though, its not convenient for most people, which is part of why it should be quite cheap
why did you buy blue poop pillow?
They are asking premium prices for a shitty deal in the worst possible period
Because some places are very popular during the summer and tourists are willing to pay the price
GOOK GETTER
This town isn’t.
Read again.
And so fucking what? Are you shitting on Apple for selling expensive shit that's worth dog shit? Are you shitting on Gucci for selling expensive socks that are no better than socks from LIDL?
Are you really that fucking dense? Do you really think they go on these sites post picture of their rooms with high price and think to themselves
>I will post this with high price so no people call me
I forgot you’re some poor foreigner who thinks this behaviour is normal
live in girl's appartment full of panties, stockings and all kinds of footwear for entire month? sounds like a nice deal for some random sick weirdo.
If it's not normal why can I name you 3 companies that do this and they profit like crazy?
and other foreigners are jumping on it because they want to live in amsterd*m with an illegal contract and then complain about how hard it is to rent something
Everyone hates airbnb. I just don’t see why people are willing to go so low for a few Euros and think it is okay to charge maximum prices for a very bad deal. If they said ‘well you can have it for 60% of rent price’ I can see it. But they expect people to pay their complete rent and even more.
If they're doing it it means theres enough demand
No there isn’t demand. 80% of their ads are unanswered.
It’s just for 1-2 months though
I think the error is inside you.
If it’s me why is it 90% Eastern and Southern Euros?
Erm vacations. Especially if they're based in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Of course AirBNB works better for that. Nobody stays in the Netherlands for a full fucking month.
again
I think the error if of perspective is inside you.
No they specifically rent out their student room while they are on holiday for the full duration of around 1.5 months and have clear dates when they want you gone
Ut it's in end it's free to advertise the room right?
So if they have even a 10% chance of having someone interested they are still winning.
that's pretty stupid.
I really hate this trend set by airbnb and greedy people to do shitty deals.
I had a flatmate who would rent out his room every weekend he would get out. (and he was unironically a jew from Israel)
Even worse, my ex gf's flatmate would have a airbnb ad on all the time and go at her bf place for a few days every now and then, truly subhuman.
Not to say I stopped living with these filthy creatures.
And somehow subhuman poverty rats think this is okay to do.
>not making money when situation presents itself
haha 20iq morrocan
>Being so poor you need to make money off filthy tourists sleeping in your bed.
If you came from a real country you'd know subletting is illegal without your landlords permission, and usually they will just say no if there are other students living there
It’s just some Euros. I can see if €600 is a lot to you, you would engage in such low behaviour but I whipe my ass with such money. It’s like beggars
Nobody wants to live with exchange students for a reason. They always pull stuff like this hence they live in crappy houses in areas without many students.
Their landlords don’t care
The market will figure it out by itself though. Why are you even triggered by this?
>landlords
>Not owning your shit
Do you like cocks inside your mouth as well?
If you ever left your mom's house you would know that landlords dont give a fuck what you do as long as you pay and the room does not look like bunker after airstrike
Not everyone is from western country where state takes care of everything you do
Landlords care a lot over here. If any of my housemates pulled a stunt like this, he’d be without a room at the end of the month.
OP is talking about a student accommodation you mong
>I come from a shithole where we're all subhumans, I dont mind tenants being replaced by other subhumans for a month, so neither will you.
Why is real estate in the west so cheap comparing to wages? Reee
>Landlords care a lot over here
No they dont
You never left Australia, you never lived alone, you are from criminal colony with no real life experience, stay quiet
Are you on of those Slavic ancaps that don’t know a single thing about the economy but just spout Ayn Rand nonsense ?
You live in country with free market and you are complaining about people renting their appartments, any opinion you might have regarding economy is irrelevant
> buy plane ticket for 600 euro
> rent out room for 600 euro
> ???
> holiday is now for free
Applying the free market to housing was a giant mistake. Besides you don’t have full rights over your room. You share a house meaning any choices you make influence the lives of those living with you. They have a saying too in these things.
>You never left Australia, you never lived alone, you are from criminal colony with no real life experience, stay quiet
I have though, these are a lot of assumptions coming from someone so far down the economic ladder, that a month at median salary cant even afford rent on a 1 bedroom apartment in the first world
>You share a house meaning any choices you make influence the lives of those living with you
Which is irrelevant to this particular discussion, you are moving goalposts and i dont really feel like educating bitter Jow Forums nerd, have a nice day
try not sounding so insecure when you insult people, you make it too easy desu

My uni apartment in Switzerland has been unoccupied for the last five months since I'm in Japan. I wouldn't want random people in it, though.
