I like to smoke if I know I'll be going back home after and/or taking a shower. I wouldn't smoke before going to the gym but a few cigarettes a week with whisky or coffee is some good relaxing shit.

I went on to vaping briefly as I was also an alcoholic and went cold turkey with that too, at the same time. Quitting both completely at the same time was a bit too much for me. Not smelling like smoke and my fingers turning back to a normal colour sure was nice though.
