What do you think will happen when all those competing supply chains and ai tokens and smartcontract platforms realise that at most like 10% of them can survive, because they all do the same shit?
But bitcoin is just a massive shitcoin with the most liquidity
I agree with you.
However if you are implying that BTC would regain prominence then you're wrong.
BTC hasn't begun to pump yet. We're at the ground floor of the next bull run, and smart money is moving into alts first in pursuit of the "next" BTC/ETH. Once alt prices are pumped sufficiently so that their theoretical returns are not as attractive as they are now money will flow into BTC and it will pump pretty hard. Thats the only way to bring the normies in, which is what smart money wants (eventually).
Exactly. That's why it's the boss.
10 times more history and orders of magnitude more brand recognition than any other coin.
Fast low-fee transactions are not hard, there are a million different shitcoins doing them, and eventually BTC will do them too.
What's hard is convincing normallos that their funds wont disappear unexpectedly.
Bitcoin already has fast low cost transactions so much so that they've made a decentralised uncensorable twitter on it at memo.cash
Eventually, it's a matter of time before the public knows names besides bitcoin and it can finally die.
The question isn’t if bitcoin can remain dominate against a tide of shitcoins constantly being sharted. The question is can bitcoin ever lose dominance against a single crypto?
