Poland is a nice country.

Rich brazilians are very very rich man...
The 8 richest brazilians have more wealth than the 100 million poorer
Is like USA, where the 5 richest americans have more wealth than the 150 million poorer
Very nice. I'd rather be rich in Brazil than here.
Such is life.
At least you don't have racism.
this is where kazan mayor lives
Wow, looks rich.
Really rich?
google.es
You can't see shit from street view
Beautiful
these houses are worth like 4 to 5 million USD
but desu its more about location than the actual houses
Looks very nice. I'm surprised how many oligarchs and upper upper class people Czechia has. The richest Czech is one if the richest men in Europe even though Czechia is a small and relatively poor country
Damn. In Prague I assume?
god damn for 2 million USD you can buy penthouse in moscow city
But you'd have to live in Moscow instead of Prague.
is there an ongoing housing crisis or something ?
In moscow centre
it's almost like prague
yeah kellner is crazy rich for our small country
but he is making bucks in china and asia mostly
>it's almost like prague
it's better
not as safe
yup
in prague 1 sqm costs now 5K USD, more in centrum and good neighbourhoods
Prague needs like 7k new apppartments per year but only 3k are build
>not as safe
Holy shit we have more police than entire chezh republic in Moscow
it's safer than most of western europe
yeah
these houses are called 1st republic villas(build between wars) and there is a huge demand for them
damn did you invest in any property ?
police state =/= organically safe
It's still safer
no but I was very lucky that I own now my place after my grandmother passed
Its worth now cca 300k euro, it was 200k 3 years ago
definetely keep it for longer, some say that prague prices are going to munich prices in few years
why is the rest of russia so violent ?
lucky bastard, just make sure not to hold on to it too long lest the bubble burst, it's still kinda absurd to me that a country with some of the lowest population growth is experiencing a housing crisis.
How do Czechs feel with it? Do you accept such big income inequality in your country?
thats the funny thing, its not a bubble
we have verz strong referendum laws, so when some developer wants to build some project, locals just hold the referendum and the project is blocked
>it's still kinda absurd to me that a country with some of the lowest population growth is experiencing a housing crisis
Its only Prague and it's because it's a top tier tourist destination, I'm sure 80% of new apartments are rented for tourists.
I like how "Prva republika" for Czechs means that something is of good quality and elite-tier.
We have the same about II Rzeczpospolita
because those are inflated numbers that have nothing to do with reality
we have actually one of the lowest inequality on the world, lowest percentage of poor people in EU
there are just some very very rich people. Like the founders of avast...boom and zou have two dollar billionarirs, or kiwi.com
and we have some very aggresive finnacial sharks(PPF, Penta, JaT)
like one guy, owner of sparta prague is buying almost all german coal mines betting that renewables will not be ennough for german economy
...
fuck avast
its not only Prague but also Brno, Olomouc and Pilsen
>here are just some very very rich people.
That's why I ask how you feel about it. Do you think it's fair that they make that much if other Czechs are much poorer?
Which is quite funny considering that 2nd Republic was a backwards and impoverished state
Prices in these cities are nothing like in Prague.
But modern Poles know it only from movies and history books written by elites so they think all people lived well.
>See houses like this in real life
>Just want to bang my head against car window because it means I have to work
I wish I could want a house like this in real life, but I don't.
I walk inside of one, and it's all just shit to me no matter how nice it looks. These houses are just what men give to women.
well some are legit good and earn it
some are assholes from 90s
Brno is like 3k euro for 1sqm now
why do locals block projects ? wouldn't they raise the value of their own property ?
i must admit prague seems like a a very enticing place for any richfag look for a comfy retirement
>These houses are just what men give to women.
fucking brutal
people are scared of rising traffic and lack of green places
but people here genereally dislike anything new, they want things keep the same
but like I said are law is kinda fucked in this...several highways are blocked from ecology movements
for example highway close to olomouc is blocked for years because some frogs are living there
>Brno is like 3k euro for 1sqm now
Its not average, more like elite houses in the centre.
These houses cost only ~200k USD.
Property in Poland is very cheap for an American.
this is included suburbs
>because some frogs are living there
i assume the people doing this are pozzed hippie vegan types ? didn't know you had those thought they were a west only thing, you nature is very much worth preserving though
>It's only 200,000 dollars to live in something you won't care about past the first 2 months
I feel like buying a big house is just a social thing.
You only want a better home when you're connected to other people.
Czechia has really shit roads nowadays though
ec.europa.eu
It gets really pathetic when our government wants to build a highway to the border in Czechia, projects and money are ready but they can't because Czechs don't want to start building the road on their side even though they promised it long time ago and without it the road doesn't make sense.
Stop building houses and focus on roads at last!
when you have a bigger house and live in a nicer neighborhood your wife will start comparing to her wealthier neighbors and demand more, it's not worth it.
it should be better from now
new law was passed for highways so they can start building even without all land is bought from owners, the price for land will later be decided by court
its full of richfags
>these houses are worth like 4 to 5 million USD
No, they fucking aren't. Stop exagerating things for attention.
This is one of the villa I posted. Worth 5m usd
blesk.cz
Dude, I don't see any villa there. Look like a bunch of average houses. I've seen bigger houses in Masuria.
its about location
Problem with rich neighborhoods in my city is that the municipality decided to tear down the houses of the richest people (which were beautifully ornamented 19th century houses) to make place for social housing. Thus the middle class and upper class decided to flee to the suburbs. Nowadays the middle and upper class live here
What the fuck do rich Brazilians do?
They live like the richest people in the US
>tear down houses of richest to build social housing
I support this 2bh but what are you talking about
Just take a walk through my town and you'll know what I mean
In the Hamptons almost every single house has its own private pool and tennis court. This is the standard.
Cost of life is cheaper here than in US, plus they can get more (((deals))) for their business.
How much for a house?
what I would consider unassuming people in your sort of country consider rich
Anything in Chelsea, London.
Yes those are real planes that the home owner actually flies (John Travolta)
>What the fuck to rich Brazilians do?
Pharmaceuticals and banks.
i would post, but the rich people where i live, usually live in closed condominiums
why don't they want to live in big houses?
bump
>not building your own private castle on a lake in the middle of a protected forest area
step it up
Who owns that? What's the story here?
nobody knows yet really what's going on, it just got into the news today that someone is building a huge castle in the protected forest
>Not building castle using only traditional medieval methods
Step it up.
Maybe it's a hotel?!
it is supposed to look like a castle but it will probably serve as a hotel
idk, seems quite nice at this stage t bh
I'm guessing this + the surrounding houses.
They have a cool mountain view on one side and a "city from above" view from the other, houses start from $700k which is a lot for Bulgaria.
looks cool
