No. Anglos are people from the anglosphere, anyone whose native language is English from a country where the majority/official language is english. It has fuck all to do with race. You are just as much an anglo as some rastafari in Jamaica, or even your maori neighbour, if he doesn't speak any other language than english.
Anglos is a term for grouping people together based on language, not "race", not ethnicity. Just language. If I say I want to purge the anglos, that means every single person who's soul is attuned to that ear-raping melody. Not just those who have a certain skin colour or background.
"Anglo" is short for anglophone, specifically native anglophones, not for Anglo-Saxon, a fucking irrelevant term in the global context.
