For my chili con carne I use minced pork meat, red beans, onions, tomato concentrate, powdered dry chili, and rice.

With beans but I often make it without beans because most of my beans end up in bean soup anywho, and it's really annoying having to get more kidney beans just for chili
That said, there's nothing really too bad about either way it's made, with beans it's a bit heavier imo and better for winters but without is lighter and is nicer for summers
