basically all the jobs are in Dublin which is very expensive to live. Our GDP is inflated through accounting tricks and the fact that companys declare profits here for EU wide tax avoidance. Our public services are also worse than a lot of European countries, many people here will also have private health insurance for example despite the fact we have public healthcare
