Pretty much Mississippi & Alabama. The rest of the South is pretty legit. Texas isn't really part of the deep South. They have an economy like California, so they will always have jobs. New Orleans is fun to visit. Lots of good food & fun times. Atlanta is growing really fast and becoming major city. Investing a ton into their downtown district. Florida has the beaches and smoking hot women everywhere by the coasts.

In Alabama, Birmingham and Huntsville ain’t bad at all. And the college towns (auburn and tuscaloosa) are growing quickly and becoming wealthier by the month. I agree the rest of the state is total shite but I think it overall beats the hell out of Mississippi, Arkansas or South Carolina. Huntsville is actually becoming a respectable tech city, not memeing.

I do agree that Atlanta is becoming a premier city though.
I think any foreign visitor to the US should check out Atlanta and see how the South is progressing. I’m genuinely impressed by Atlanta.
Nashvegas was on its way too but they just struck down that transit bill which was a big step backwards.
