There's a huge mountain range, if you want to build through Turkey. It's not feasible. And it would go through Kurd region, not particularly stable.

Germany and many other countries don't seem to have any problems buying gas from Russia literally since soviet days. And Germany actually invests money into new pipelines going directly to them. Or Turkey. Why would they do it if Russians are so shitty?
Countries like Poland actually cause problems for others. Nobody wants to deal with your whiny bitchy ass and pay money for transit, that's why alternative routes bypassing you are being built. And you want to be free from Russian gas, then why do you whine? Nord Stream is actually good for you. It means less gas will go through your route. You wanted this, right? Less Russian gas! Why do you care where Germans buy their gas? You can buy it whenever you want. If Russian is so bad, buy "democratic" american LNG.

Lithuania is about 50% on russian gas, we cucked Russia when we built our liquid gas terminal and started importing from other places. Our lng terminal can provide us with 100% of our needs, so russians have to play fair instead of trying to bully us with large prices and random gas shutdowns.
