Conrete jungle. If you're talking about Tokyo, it's similar to NY in the way that their are always people around. Doesn't matter what time of day, where you're going or what you're doing, so many people.

True. NY is pretty safe city now. The old stereotypes no longer really exist. We'll never be as safe as Tokyo, but it's one of the safest cities in the world when it comes to population size.
